We are proud to offer you our Personal Training programme called inca 30.
We created inca 30 to cope with the huge pressures and constraints of modern life. We believe it will have the following impact:
WHY will it help?
1. Help busy people stay active
2. Lead to better planning and preparation of meals and consumption of more nutritious food
3. Help everyone understand that “little but often” is the perfect solution
4. Understand that gyms are a “luxury” not a “necessity” – we love creativity not repetition
5. Realising that our “diet” is more important than we think
HOW does it work?
We come to your house or we use the fresh outdoors to carry out our creative fitness sessions. We use portable, functional equipment which works and tones your whole body. We will chat and discuss your needs and design sessions that will really help you to feel better and happier with your body. We aim to deliver programmes that will be sustainable so you can continue to progress and learn outside of each session.
WHAT each session entails?
1. 30 minute private session
2. Fun challenging exercises and activities to hit your specific goals
3. Plans supplied to follow through the week in order to maintain progress
4. Good value sessions at £10 or £30 per month (max 4)
5. Option to work in a group at the same cost (max 4)
We specialise in Weightloss, Toning, Improving Diets, Older Clients and Sports Event Training.
