Do I need a Personal Trainer?
Everyone can benefit from Personal Training. We are all different and our bodies have various needs and requirements. We will discuss your lifestyle, time commitments and financial barriers and come up with a plan that ticks all your boxes. Most importantly, here at Inca we want to help you achieve your goal within a fun, relaxed environment.
What can I expect?
From the word go, our aim is to devise a programme that is uniquely for you. The first session is a great opportunity to chat about what you enjoy and dislike and to map your overall health and fitness levels. From here, we can formulate a sustainable plan which we will put into action in future sessions. Whatever your level, we aim to put the fun into fitness.
How can I monitor progress?
Inca provides everyone with progress sheets, motivational tips, exercises and specific areas for improvement.
Is it really gym-free?
Yes. Here at Inca we love to use the great outdoors wherever possible. We provide portable, functional and useful equipment which we can use outside or in the comfort of your own home.
How much will it cost?
Each session lasts for 30 minutes and costs only £10. The first session is a free 30 minute consultation.
Where is Inca based?
We are located in Devizes, which is in close proximity to Swindon, Bath and Salisbury.
